Working System
AMgrade employs an iterative, incremental methodology for project management called Scrum. This agile development system allows us to operate directly with the client and the developer team. Scrum development cosists of three main components - Product Owner(the client), Scrum Master, Development Team.

The developers and the scrum master evaluate the project and divide it into sprints, or iterations of Scrum. Every sprint is defined by a certain time frame, usually about 2 weeks. The amount of objectives in every sprint is determined by their complexity, which in turn is determined directly by the developers in terms of user points.
After the completion of every Sprint, the team communicates the results to the client.
Product Owner
The manager from the clients side, who presents the information to the Scrum Master. It is very important that all of the details pertaining to the project were effectively communicated to the team of developers.
Scrum Master
The leading part of the developer team, whose main concern is to provide the team with everything necessary to successfully complete every Sprint.
He also keeps a very close contact with the Product Owner. Every day, as a part of his responsibilities, the Scrum Master conducts meetings with his team where they discuss any issues or difficulties and project new goals. The main goal of these meetings is to provide the maximum amount of data about the project to every developer, thus allowing him to work with more efficiency.
Development team
The group of developers, designers, beta-testers, and others, who fulfill the tasks assigned to them during the time period of every sprint.
